Our Philosophy

We believe that when adults with anxiety make small, research-based dietary changes, they will find themselves better able to cope with symptoms. We do not believe in food being medicine. Managing anxiety requires a multi-faceted approach and food is only one piece of the puzzle. Medicine may be another piece of your puzzle. Each one of us is different and we need our own strategies for diminishing the effects of anxiety on our daily lives.

Here at Anxiety Dietitian, you can expect expert insights into the latest research on nutrition for anxiety. You will find practical tips and strategies for incorporating mood-boosting foods into your daily life with a gentle approach. You will not find fad diets, recommendations for extreme changes, or the declaration of the “perfect” diet to cure your anxiety.

Our aim is to translate the complex science of the food-mood connection into easy-to-understand takeaways and tips. You’ll easily apply the information to your food choices each day and feel your best.
