Sandy Jablonka, RDN, LD is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist based in Oregon. She has over a decade of experience in diet and nutrition. As someone who also lives with anxiety, she understands deeply the connection between what we eat and how we feel.

Our Philosophy
We believe that when adults with anxiety make small, research-based dietary changes, they will find themselves better able to cope with symptoms. We do not believe in food being medicine. Managing anxiety requires a multi-faceted approach and food is only one piece of the puzzle. Medicine may be another piece of your puzzle. Each one of us is different and we need our own strategies for diminishing the effects of anxiety on our daily lives.
